?I'm surprised there's not a choking hazard warning on these ice cube/paws. ?Not something you would put in your small child's beverage for sure. In order for these things to be effective, you'd think they would make them a realistic size. 2cm x 2.5cm x 1cm in the shape of a what appears to be a paw ?. Very cute but you'll need about ten of them to do anything useful. Good thing each tray makes 24 cube/paws. It's great they don't stick to the tray. The tray is unbreakable however the lids are just the opposite and don't fit tight. They just kind of sit on top. Three underwhelming colors - ugh! Pastels. So alive with the flavor of ice.I loved the idea of these flexible trays with the lids, unfortunately they didn’t perform as I expected. It’s difficult to get the ice to release so I often end up breaking up the cubes while trying to get them out. I really like that they are thin and have lids so they are stackable and take up less space.I can’t really rate these bc I was trying to order silicone/nonstick ice cube trays and apparently just assumed that bc I had looked at 3 silicone options before these that these were silicone as well. They’re not, they’re a hard plastic that seems pretty durable, but I have a feeling it wouldn't be easy to get the shaped ice cubes out of the trays without breaking them/in one piece.These are also very tiny - I can see how they’d look cute, but you’d need a lot more of them than the 1-2 regular sized ice cubes to cool an average sized drink. If you’re ok with that, you might love these…they’re just not for me!I make homemade dog treats and these adorable little paw molds are perfect for shaping them before baking. They aren't silicone like I had thought but a thick, very durable plastic. I haven't used them for ice but for my purpose they work well. Dough is easily removed from the tray and the design stays intact. Definitely worth the purchase and my pup loves these bite sized treats!
