I use these anywhere I can. My kids each have one for holding school folders, library books etc (I used wire to add bullbog clips to put their names on them) , and I also hang them on hooks for cute storage. And everything is visible, perfect for my ADHD brain that forgets things exist when I can’t see them!I bought one set of 8 baskets. Not the best quality, but good enough. However, one of the 8 baskets is bent BADLY. I just want to get replacement for ONE basket instead of return or exchange all. I cannot find the contact information for the customer support. It is appreciated if someone can share it with me. Thank.We bought a 12x9x8 basket and it works great for our pantry to store items like fresh fruits, onions, boxed and canned food. But it requires a lot of patience to remove the basket from the package as they are stuck together very tight.I’ve purchased 2 sets of these now because they are incredible! They look stylish in the pantry AND as an added bonus you can weave fabric around them easily too. I’ve done half in fabric and left the other half metal. It looks great!I had a hard time finding what I wanted in the right size. These are strong and fit both on my pantry shelves and in my cabinet. My organization is now looking quite classy.
