Wanted an additional piece of furniture for my dining set and this worked beautifully. Assembling it was very straightforward which I very much appreciate, there was some damage to the piece when it arrived but fortunately in places that it naturally concealed, and most of the board is thin which you will feel when you have it assembled and you're trying to position it. For its intended purpose it is plenty sturdy . I wouldn't recommend putting a heavy thing on top of it like a television though.The directions could have been better. The back panel was too big and I was unable to use it. Overall it looks good and I think it was good value for the mo ey, but make sure all your pieces fit properly.It looks really nice and does what I wanted it to do, but the pieces when putting together were not great, and seemed pretty flimsy when moving to the spot. Wouldn’t advise moving it much if you can help it. Handles also were super cheap looking so I replaced with knobs from hobby lobbyI chose not to use this as a buffet but as a tv center. I didn't assemble it with the wine rack installed. We really like it.My meticulous husband assembled this piece according to instructions, and it turns out that he put the top on backwards. This should be an easy fix, however he spent two days noodling around with this thing and me, being a very handy female, feel that I could have done this correctly in a third of the time, because, and mostly because I watched the assembly video. He felt that was a waste of time. As a result, we have screw caps on screws that went into the front of the unit instead of the back. It doesn’t look horrible, but it bothers me, and I know it’s wrong.Rather than emasculate him any further, I decided to order better hardware that I’ll install myself and take a look at fixing the issue then. Ladies, tell your men that screw caps in the front of the unit are wrong!.....Or just assemble it yourself. BTW, we’re using it as a liquor cabinet/bar in our dining room. I needed something to go under the electric fireplace and this cabinet just rocks it!Very nice ans strong buffet tableI read the reviews before I purchased this product. Although the assembly was rated bad, people still said that this was a great product for the price. I ordered it and was anxious and excited about putting it all together. I immediately noticed that there were scratches in three of the parts (see attached photos). As my son And I began putting it together, we found it difficult to follow the instruction booklet. It just wasn’t clear enough. My wife found a video of a guy assembling it on Amazon, so I watched him. I honestly feel like if it wasn’t for the video, it would have taken forever. Oh yeah, when putting screws (E) into the magnet latch, you’ll find that the screws are not long enough to make it secure. I had to go to the hardware store and purchase slightly longer screws. Other than that, the wine cabinet is a beauty. It’s sturdy and matches my dining room. Good luck!This was quite difficult to put together. Took forever to get right. It's sturdy for what it is but that's not saying much. Water causes damage so be wary of spills and the actual wine slots are a little unstable. Has held up decently over the past year.Beautiful and good material, just the division for the bottled drinks have very thin material, looks fragile.pour ma cave.faire plus attention au meuble plusieurs petit defaut.Came with scratches and not so easy to put together....It good looking but find it difficult to assembleThere were many parts to this that were scratched or had blemishes, if I didn’t realize halfway through assembling this I would have definitely returned it
