The storage unit arrived in pristine condition so well packed it did not have a scratch on it. Taking the panels out of such a well wrapped box made it difficult to maintain the perfect condition but I did it!The instructions for assembly are all in photos but not too bad if you have that kind of ability to see a drawing and use it to assemble the product.Someone at the manufacturer decided to put all the hinges on one side for all the doors.... appreciated however, in order to fit the middle piece (C) into the frame, one of the hinges has to be removed and then put back after all parts are fit together.The annoying parts are all those teeny, tiny screws.... I lost count! They are not easy to get into places despite the tools being provided. I'm usually good at assembling all kinds of things but this piece too me three evenings. (Just me, alone but I doubt it would have gone faster with more people!)Another caveat, the piece does not look like the photo on Amazon. It looks just like a plain black locker unit. It's neither rustic nor industrial- it's just plain.... I'm thinking of spray paint in copper. The piece is heavy to assemble. It needs to be on its side and then moved to make those tiny screws and nuts fit into those tiny crevices.But now, it's together and I'm going to make it work because it says right on the box, item must be returned in original box- and I can't do that!I got this for my 13 year old son’s room makeover. It’s a great piece for what I was looking for. It was an absolute nightmare to put together buuuuut once I got it done I am very happy with it and he likes it so there’s that.It took my husband and me 7 man hours to assemble this… a long time, but all the parts were included (nothing missing). The instructions were very basic and could have used more details for a few of the parts (putting the 2 back panels on was confusing) but, we got the job done. I had very specific needs for this storage locker: storage for laundry supplies, something with a flat surface to set clothes and a laundry basket on, and a cabinet that was less than 30” wide (29.5”) and under 50” tall. We recently stacked our washer and dryer to free up space for more storage and get more floor space (our laundry room is our safe room and VERY small), and this locker is working perfectly. It’s reasonably sturdy with smaller lockers tall enough for detergent bottles, etc, but the hanging rod will not accommodate adult-sized clothing with the door closed… will hold angled, empty hangers for laundry coming out of the dryer. It came expertly packaged so no damage, and I would buy it again for the same purpose. The price was fair. It was supposed to arrive between the 10th and 19th and was delivered on the 10th.It looks good but is quite flimsy. Construction was time consuming but straight forward. Probably intended more for decor as opposed to heavy storage as I had hoped.I loved these so much I ordered another one after I put the first one together.Height is not 47" which is what the product heading states. I read 55" in another place, requested clarification and was assured it was 47"....not so, received a 55" high cabinet that will not work in the area planned.It looks incredible however, I’m only 22 with a couple years of experience working putting up windows. I had to make adjustments and drill holes that weren’t supposed to be there in order to make it work. You do get extra tools and the correct screws which is a plus but this wouldn’t be a good product for someone that doesn’t know how to use a drill plain and simple. You’re gonna be forced to make it work. And if you do then yes it will look fantastic so it’ll be up to whoever’s buying to take this in mindWe got these lockers for a friend that has a gym cause we wanted to be able to keep extra clothes and stuff for when we workout, the set up was easy and they are perfect both me and my husband each get a locker but we both have the ability to share it with other members of the gym. The color is great and they are super sturdy and fit great in the area in the shower rooms without any problems. Would definitely recommend and buy more!
