I am pretty unhappy with this unit because it came damaged in multiple areas and I had to force some parts together in at least three areas because it was dented. I was able to work with that and I don't blame the seller as much as I blame FedEx. The biggest issue is opening/closing the door and turning the lock is difficult. The instructions were not as clear as they could have been. The poles that operate the lock don't stay together and the pole falls through the bottom of the door affecting how the door closes. The plastic piece that holds the bottom pole in place fell out. The lock does not turn easily and I'm not sure if it is user error with assembly or not but I took more time fiddling with the lock portion than should have been necessary for it not to work smoothly. Obviously it would be a nuisance to send back so I am keeping it, but I wouldn't order any other products like it based off this experience. I am able to use it for storage but disappointed I won't be able to close or lock it.
